Job Description:
Provide financial direction and analysis to Merchandising & Inventory Planning teams to drive performance in order to achieve business goals. Accountable for inventory and turns planning, forecasting and analysis.
Position Responsibilities:
• Analyze information and develop reports to drive the portfolio and to improve the "bottom line".
• Prepare financial analysis and forecasts for the use in the development of financial business decisions.
• Liaise with business partners across the division and corporate offices to ensure effective communication
• Create new and supplemental reporting methods to aid management in proactive problem solving.
• Present financial results to senior leaders on ongoing basis
• Participate in planning process and analysis.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of the reporting systems.
• Provide analysis that adds value to the business and allows for the making of strategically sound decisions.
• Plan, forecast, analyze and cross functional partnerships with merchandising and inventory planning to drive accountability and deliver inventory and turns targets

What you will need to be successful in this role:
- For internals, must fulfill minimum time-in-position (1 year) and performance management code requirements (M+)
- Learning mindset and willingness to mentor new analysts and senior analysts
- 5 to 7 years of Financial Analyst/Financial business partner experience
- A Bachelors' or a Masters' degree in Finance or Business.
- Excellent oral and written communication
- A Demonstrated expertise in business analysis and financial modeling
- Ability to work in a dynamic, complex, fast-paced environment, to adapt quickly and to manage changing priorities and deadlines
- Self-motivated and pro-active, with respect to both managing workload and professional development
- A Flexible attitude and approach to business solutions.
