What you will do
The Human Resources Branch is seeking an individual to join the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Team as a Workforce Officer responsible for performing system entries in the Fusion/ERP system.
Reporting to the ERP Supervisor, as a Workforce Officer, you will be responsible for:
- providing employee information and guidance to employees, managers, and the Human Resources Branch;
- assisting to resolve Core HR and time, labour and absence matters in Fusion;
- responding to escalated Fusion related enquiries;
- completing, maintaining and reassigning Fusion tickets assigned through the Fusion Business Support Ticket System;
- generating dashboards and reports;
- performing updates and adjustments within Fusion on employee information, structures, and relationships;
- acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the HR team;
- supporting the organization in future deployment waves.
Work environment:
- Open office layout.
- Standard hours of work: Monday – Friday.

Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma, supplemented by the successful completion of a one-year post-secondary diploma in a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of related experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license as issued by the Province of New Brunswick.
An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.
Depending on the location applied for, some positions require written and spoken competence in French and English. Others will require written and spoken competence in English or in French only. Please state your preferred location and your language capacity.

Asset Qualifications:
Preference may be given to candidates that demonstrate the following assets:
- experience in accounting and/or payroll;
- experience using an ERP system (i.e. Oracle Fusion or other)

SALARY: $1,816.00 to $2,205.00 bi-weekly, based on 36.25 hours per week.
