Title: Warehouse Clerk - Seasonal

Notes: Seasonal; Duration - June 30 to July 11 and July 21 to Aug 1

Pay Rate: $22/hr

Location: Ottawa Saint-Laurent
Shift: Monday to Friday; 3 PM to 10.30 PM

Job summary:

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the incumbent is responsible for preparing and classifying orders for delivery.

• Unload products from the factory.
• Prepare orders for the various routes in Ottawa for next-day deliveries;
• Manage inventory, rotate, label and palletize or crate products in the warehouse;
• Load and unload trucks;
• Filing/receiving bread baskets;
• Participating in inventory management and stock-taking;
• Applying and complying with quality assurance procedures and occupational health and safety policies;
• Closing the warehouse and applying the end-of-day procedure in the computer system;
• Carrying out workplace maintenance (cleaning, dustbins etc. . ...);
