Job Offer: Yard Shunter (Class 1)

Hourly wage: $26.00 /hr. + applicable $2.00 shift premium
Schedule: All shifts available
Location: Mont Royal area

Class 1 Shunter - No Long Hauls. Just Solid, In yard work.

Tired of chasing miles? We're looking for a skilled Class 1 driver who knows how to handle a yard. If you've got some great backing skills or shunting experience and want full-time hours without leaving the city, keep reading.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre and post -trip inspections
• Tablet and radio moves
• Operate Ottawa shunt trucks safely and efficiently.
• Move trailers to dock doors and holding yard as directed by dispatch.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Class 1 driver.
• Minimum 1 year of Shunting experience or City P&D experience.
• Must have a clean Driver Record.
