Service New Brunswick is seeking an individual to join the Financial Services team as a Financial Services Officer in Fredericton.
As a member of the Financial Services team, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and guiding SNB employees through a range of financial-related procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Coordinating the Signing Authority Delegation process for SNB employees; includes setups, modifications, reporting, and providing support to staff
- Serving as the Purchase Card coordinator for SNB; includes setups, modifications, disabling and resolving discrepancies
- General leger account reconciliations
- Petty cash coordinator for SNB
- Assessing and reassigning any invoices in Fusion as required
- Processing journal entries
- Processing cheque deposits
- Overseeing mileage reporting for corporate vehicles
- Administrative functions as required such as; correspondence, filing, and other general duties
- Other responsibilities as assigned

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma supplemented by a one-year post-secondary related diploma plus a minimum of three (3) years of related experience. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.
Written and spoken competence in English and spoken competence in French is required. Please state your language capability.

ASSET QUALIFICATIONS: Preference may be given to candidates that demonstrate experience with:
- Oracle Fusion
- JDE Financials
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Word
Subject to the response to this competition, candidates may be required to demonstrate on their application one or more of the asset qualifications in addition to the essential qualifications in order to be given further consideration.
OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: The following operational requirement(s) is also required:
- Candidates will be required to undergo Criminal History Clearance prior to appointment.
