Become a Service Advisor at Audi Halifax.As a Service Advisor at Audi Halifax, you'll be the face of our service experience, delivering the same precision, care and confidence that defines every Audi on the road. You'll greet clients with professionalism, guide them through their maintenance or repair needs, and ensure every detail is handled with efficiency and clarity. From diagnosing concerns to providing transparent estimates and coordinating service appointments, you'll play a key role in keeping both vehicles and client relationships running smoothly. Hourly Wage Range: $19.65 - $23.00, plus performance bonusYour day-to-day:- Listening closely to customers to identify symptoms and determine service needs.
- Confirming warranty or service coverage and clearly outlining what's included.
- Creating accurate estimates by pricing materials, labour and supplies.
- Preparing detailed repair orders that reflect both client concerns and technician findings.
- Keeping customers informed with clear timelines, transparent updates and answers to their questions.
- Maintaining detailed records of service visits and repairs.
- Staying current on Audi standards, tools and training materials.
- Adding value wherever possible and embracing opportunities to elevate the client experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
- Previous automotive service experience (an asset but not required).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A positive, team-oriented mindset.
- Confidence in multitasking and staying organized in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver's license with a clean abstract.
