JOB SUMMARY:
The successful candidate will play a strategic role in driving the continuous improvement of human resources processes and practices. They will be responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and implementing innovative solutions aimed at enhancing the efficiency of the Human Resources Department and improving the employee experience.
This position requires strong analytical skills, in-depth knowledge of best practices in human resources management, and a mindset focused on innovation and process optimization.
This is a new position with responsibilities that will evolve over time based on the needs of the Human Resources Department and the Network.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Undergraduate degree in human resources management, administration, or a related field;
- Minimum of five years' experience in human resources management, including relevant experience in optimization or project management;
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile) would be a significant asset;
- An equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered;
- Proficiency in HR processes (recruitment, talent management, training, labour relations, etc.);
- Advanced analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to guide decisions;
- Proficiency using computer tools (advanced Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio);
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines;
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate effectively and lead change initiatives;
- Strategic and results-oriented mindset;
- Problem-solving initiative and creativity;
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality work;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with frequent and sometimes unexpected changes;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;

- Good work history (performance and attendance);
