The Opportunity
BMW/MINI Moncton is currently looking for a Autotmotive Compliance Coordinator to join our Sales team.
In this role, you'll work closely with the Sales and Accounting departments to ensure processes meet internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
This position is full-time. The hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 5pm (Some weekends may be required).

Responsibilities
- Engaging with financial institutions to ensure compliance on all contracts
- Submitting and monitoring credit applications
- Reviewing and preparing documentation to ensure that it complies with Provincial and Federal Regulations
- Confirming Insurance on New and Pre-Owned vehicle purchases and leases
- Ensure correct and timely funding on all vehicle transactions
- Working with Service NB and other provinces to ensure vehicles are properly registered
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Commerce or a related field
- Bilingual in English and French is considered an asset
- Previous experience in credit or banking is an asset
- Knowledge of Microsoft Operating system, basic understanding of Excel, Internet, email
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
- Criminal Record Check is required.
