The Commercial Banking Engineering team is seeking a Salesforce Developer who will be responsible for ideation support, design, development, and implementation of software to ensure continuous improvement and evolution in the CB Salesforce ecosystem.
Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:
• Works with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies.
• Demonstrates an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities.
• Supports one or more highly complex business processes.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and multiple teams to propose and design optimistic solutions in Salesforce
• Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges.
• Implement solutions that support business requirements and drive key decisions that improve processes and productivity.
• Describe and illustrate designs with appropriate justifications,
• Build Salesforce applications using Apex and LWC and leverage the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform to support the company's programs.
• Hands-on experience with the Lightning platform including APEX coding, Aura framework, Lightning Web Components, API's, Platform Events and Salesforce Data Model
• Develop custom applications using Salesforce. com and integrating salesforce.com with other systems.
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:
• 3+ years in Salesforce configuration, customization, development, deployment using Salesforce.com
• 2 + years' working knowledge of Salesforce tools to execute and manage workflow processes at various stages of the SDLC cycle (e.g. Salesforce DX).
• Direct Experience in Financial Institution
• Able to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
• Advance certifications in Salesforce and nCino, like-nCino 101/201/301, PD1
• Experience with nCino Credit Origination (managed package for Salesforce), in nCino Design, configurations and customizations (Nice-To-Have)
• Good knowledge of nCino bank operating system including but not limited to nCino objects, administration tool, and product hierarchy (Nice-To-Have)
