Job Summary
Reporting to the Director - Facilities and Infrastructure Support, Biomedical Engineering, Housing & Leasing, and Quality (Eastern Urban Zone), the Regional Project Manager - Infrastructure Support will be responsible for overseeing infrastructure support projects in the Eastern Urban Zone.
The Regional Project Manager will be responsible for the planning and implementation of infrastructure projects including managing timelines; meeting deliverables; liaising with vendors, suppliers, and contractors; and reporting on budget. The Regional Project Manager will provide leadership and direction and will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. The Regional Project Manager will also work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders including other NLHS leaders and departments, vendors/suppliers/contractors, and outside agencies, to ensure projects are carried out in a strategic, timely and fiscally responsible manner.
Job Qualifications
Education
A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, technology, or a health-related discipline is required.
Experience
Minimum of two years of experience within the last four years working in a management/leadership role is required.
Experience leading process and quality improvement initiatives is required.
Experience in change and project management is required

Knowledge of project management principles, budget preparation and analysis, building codes, and mechanical and electrical systems.
Knowledge of quality improvement principles, human resource management, change management and fiscal management.
