The program is designed to support our business partners with their contingent sourcing needs through a mix of preferred vendors in all geographies. Program Office ensures our preferred vendors are compliant with organization's corporate and governance standards and focuses on delivering an optimal service delivery and sourcing vehicle to our business partners, while mitigating risk. Job Description
Reporting to the Head, External Workforce Management Programs; this exciting and dynamic position is responsible to provide day to day operational and administrative support to organization business partners, enterprise wide.
We seek an enthusiastic, self-starting individual who demonstrates maturity and professionalism. The ideal candidate will contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment and be driven to deliver legendary partner experiences.
Job Requirements
- Maintain a strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, processes and applications, and continuously develop contingent staffing knowledge and best practices.
- Partner with the Managed Service Provider, HR community and business partners across the bank within Canada and the U.S to facilitate day to day administration of the program.
- Act as a subject matter expert, in a consultative manner – support businesses in sourcing and maintaining a contingent workforce to meet their business requirements.
- Deliver exceptional service by responding to inquiries in a timely manner, ensure proposed solutions are aligned to key pillars Quality, Speed, Cost, and Risk Mitigation.
- Promote best practices relative to overseeing a contingent workforce, apply governance and corporate standards, demonstrate strong vendor management and maximize opportunities to mitigate risk.
- Provide continuous guidance, education, and support to all levels of Managers and support groups through in-person, phone, and email interactions.
- Track statistical program data – ensure accurate and meaningful metrics for HR and business leads through the use of contractor sourcing and management tool Fieldglass and MS excel.
- Align the needs of our business partners to the program and actively strive to optimize all aspects of the program, in partnership with the leadership team.
- Execute on the implementation of new businesses into the program through coordination and data collection.
- Process weekly invoicing through Accounts Payable for contractor spend, Canada and US.
- Contribute to projects and other activities, with a focus on process improvement.
- Ensure the warehouse of information maintained by Contractor Engagement Program Office is accurate, compliant and maintained in an organized fashion.
- Ability to analyze data to identify trends, present results to management, and formulate recommendations towards process improvement and best practices.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented and an organized individual who is passionate for delivering exceptional service, with a strong ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally. The candidate should possess strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills and be a strong team player. Capable of multi-tasking, the successful candidate will have the ability to make quick decisions and provide guidance to the Managed Service Provider, HR and business partners in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment.

University or post-secondary education, preferably in business, finance, economics or accounting
