Galbraith Construction Ltd. is a locally owned and operated heavy civil contractor in Saint John, NB, since 1961. We deliver general contractor expertise to public and private sector clients, offering a variety of services in road construction, infrastructure, demolitions, snow removal, equipment rentals, concrete work, asphalt paving and aggregate supply.

We are looking for a talented Welder to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Repairing and rebuilding excavator and loader buckets

Welding on heavy equipment and dump trucks

Some fabrication and fitting work

Assisting and working alongside other welders and mechanics

Qualifications:

Experience with oxyacetylene, stick and mig welding

Valid driver's license

This is a full-time position located in West Saint John. Most work will take place at our maintenance shop with some mobile field work required.
