Key Responsibilities
  • Building real-world solutions, working with stakeholders, and collaborating with other developers and solution architects.
  • Participating in Power Platform communities, sharing knowledge, and contributing to open-source projects
  • Ability to explain technical challenges and solutions to various audiences
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with citizen development, such as data security, compliance, and system integration
  • Participate in implementing policies and procedures to ensure that applications developed by citizen developers are secure, compliant, and aligned with the organization's IT strategy
  • Designs, develops, tests, and troubleshoots solution components using the extension points of the platform
Critical Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Power apps (Canvas and Model-driven) Power Automate and Power BI is essential.
  • Experience in building and extending solutions, including custom user interfaces, data models, business rules and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of the platform's capabilities.
  • Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification (PL-100)
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in both English and French
Preferred Qualifications
  • Diploma in Computer Science (College or University)
  • Familiarity with macOS
  • Coding Languages: JavaScript, JSON, typescript, C#, HTML and SQL
  • Deep understanding of tables, columns, relationships, and business rules within Dataverse.
  • APIs: Experience with RESTful APIs and other integration methods
  • Familiarity with Azure services for extending Power Platform Solutions.
  • Understanding of ALM, version control and deployment pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of low-code/no-code platforms and concepts.
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, MS Project, and Power Platform is highly recommended.
  • Familiar with Agile methodology.
