MAIN RESPONSIBLITIES

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will play a crucial role in our company's operations and be accountable for supporting a variety of ongoing accounting, ERP Infor M3 system and analytical activities.

They will include:

• Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries, reclassifications, and preparation of monthly financial and KPI reports.
• Generate reports using M3, HFM (Hyperion), QlikView, and Innova to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with business units to deliver required data and drive process improvements.
• Resolve system and process issues in coordination with global teams, external consultants, and Infor support.
• Prepare budgets, periodic forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Dig into financial data, analysis and commentary on variances.
• Work with finance team, deliver financial insights through analysis and commentary on variances, trends, sales, and expenses; collect market data and business unit benchmarks to build analysis sources and proactively guide the team to explore alternative solutions.
• Support financial process improvements, system implementations, and business expansion initiatives.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis for special projects as needed.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Equivalent university degree in Finance / Accounting and related experience
• Strong understanding of ERP and corporate reporting systems required (Essential)
• Experience with M3 (ERP) HFM (Hyperion), QlikView / QlikSense are considered a strong asset
• Minimum 3 years of progressive financial reporting, cost accounting and financial analysis experience
• Excellent computer skills, advanced skills in MS Office (expert user of Excel)
• Analytical and intuitive thinking style
• High level of motivation, energy and a desire to work in a dynamic team environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Able to work to and successfully meet tight deadlines
• Must currently reside in Canada and be eligible to work in Canada immediately.
