We're seeking a forward-thinking Director of Strategic HR to align our people strategy with business objectives and drive talent strategies that enable growth. This is a highly strategic role focused on leadership, culture, and data-informed transformation.
The ideal candidate is a strategic Human Resource leader who thrives in high-growth or transformational environments. You bring a deep understanding of how to scale people operations, influence senior leadership, and use data to drive performance and culture.
- Align workforce planning, organizational structure, and talent development with company goals
- Lead organizational change initiatives including M&A integration and restructuring
- Design performance management frameworks that connect goals to company outcomes
- Champion leadership development, succession planning, and high-potential programs
- Leverage people analytics and dashboards to guide strategy and measure impact
- Serve as a trusted advisor and executive coach to senior leadership
- Language: English required; bilingualism in French is an asset
- Software: Proficiency with HRIS systems and people analytics tools
- Years of Experience: 7+ years in progressive HR roles, including 3+ years in a strategic HRBP or leadership position
Assets:
- Experience in SaaS, technology, or knowledge-based industries
- Background in high-growth or scaling organizations
- Expertise in organizational design and change management
Location:

While Remsoft's headquarters are in Fredericton, New Brunswick, and Ottawa, Ontario, we are open to a range of working arrangements for this role. Candidates can work in a hybrid setup from Ottawa, Toronto, Montreal, or Fredericton. In-office presence is required.
