Job Summary
Reporting to the Provincial Director of Learning, Support & Development, the primary purpose of this position is to perform clerical and administrative work in support of the professional team and programs of Learning, Support & Development department and other staff as designated. The duties of this position include but are not limited to: performs secretarial, clerical and administrative tasks in support of the department such as responding to inquiries, assisting other staff members, maintaining inventories of supplies, file maintenance, arranging and co-ordinating meetings, and making travel arrangements. Collects, verifies and maintains data to be used internally or by other organizational units. Prepares correspondence, letters, memos, statistical reports and/or complex spreadsheets utilizing a variety of information technology applications. Takes, prepares, and distributes minutes for various committees. Prepares outgoing mail and distributes incoming mail. Assist with Professional Development and Growth and IGA student travel applications. Works collaboratively with multidisciplinary team. Other related duties as required.

Job Qualifications
Successful completion of a two-year diploma in Office Administration or Secretarial Science.
Minimum of three (3) years in the last five (5) years of relevant work experience.
Ability to perform data entry and word processing.
Demonstrated experience and ability with Microsoft software including: Word, Excel, Access, Teams & PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently and in a high-paced work environment.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
Experience in the use of Audio/Visual and Multimedia equipment.
Strong computer skills, ability to compose and type correspondence.
