Wire Machine Cutter

Location: Brampton, ON

Wage: $21.00/hr

Shift: 11:30 am - 8:00 pm

Shifts Available: Monday to Friday

Location: Williams Pkwy and Torbram

We have immediate openings for machine operators. Our customer specializes in wire and cable distribution. This position is responsible for cutting industrial size wires to specific lengths with some warehouse packaging duties.

Job Duties:

• Process wire cut orders for shipment
• Roll reels to work on adjustable cutting machines based on orders
• Take out finished products
• Enter all production information into the system
• Inspect wire cutting machine and tools for safe use
• Label the product items
• Monitor and track inventory as per company procedures

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in a labour role is an asset
• Good multi-tasker with the ability to work to and meet deadlines
• Must be comfortable using hand tools
• Highly organized, with attention to detail and exceptional time management
• Ability to follow instructions carefully
• Must be able to handle items under and up to 50 lbs.
