Receiving Coordinator
Moosehead Breweries Limited is Canada's last-major brewer still owned by Canadians. Headquartered in Saint John, New Brunswick, the company has been operated by the Oland family since it was established in 1867.
We are currently seeking a Receiving Coordinator at our Brewery located in Saint John, NB. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Logistics, Atlantic, the Receiving Coordinator will be responsible for managing all inbound consumables.
- Coordinating consumables with procurement to meet production requirements
- Attend daily packaging meetings
- Ensure carriers arrive on time and have correct order to meet production requirements
- Approve weekly invoices
- Reconciliation of consumables in NAV
- Consumable inventory validation before and after production runs
- Manage offsite storage of consumables
- Monthly count and year end auditing of consumables
- Manage budget- Consumables and warehouse
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Minimum 1-year post-secondary education
- Experience in shipping and logistics is an asset
- Ability to exercise sound judgment within defined policies and guidelines
- Excellent problem-solving and communications skills
- Accuracy and detail, with strong time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiply deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly, Outlook and Excel
