Title: Clerk, Contact Centre and Travel Services

In this role, you will:
- Perform administrative duties such as data entry, record-keeping, filing, organizing documents and files, and ensuring accuracy.
- Update records, trackers and databases, cross-reference various records, and produce relevant reports.
- Identify, and escalate as appropriate, discrepancies and irregularities in records.
- Liaise with internal personnel and external vendors to address gaps in documentation.
- Participate in projects with a moderate degree of complexity and scope.
- Assist with the reconciliation of financial transactions, invoices, bookings, and folios to validate accuracy and ensure timeliness.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies, including reporting requirements.
- Assist in internal reviews, providing requested documentation and resolving discrepancies when needed.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve administrative processes and procedures for greater efficiency.
What we are looking for:
- Qualifications include a minimum of 1-3 years' experience and a 1-2 year post-secondary certification/diploma, or less experience if combined with a 3-year college diploma or university degree and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in standard computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite) including intermediate Excel proficiency.
- Experience in clerical or administrative roles, particularly in finance.
- Ability to identify and analyze problems using standard procedures and organizational knowledge, applying independent judgement to develop solutions, and escalating issues beyond standard methods or expertise.
- Ability to interpret and delivery non-routine information, clarify client needs, offer solutions, and resolve escalations in new or sensitive situations, requiring diplomacy, empathy, and the application of communication skills to achieve client satisfaction.
- Fluency in English is required; French is an asset.
Working Conditions
- No unusual physical effort required.
- Regular requirement for a moderate degree of concentration and attentiveness.
- Regular requirement for a moderate level of detail/precision.
- Will be working primarily in an office environment.
- Extended work hours and work outside of regular business hours may be required during emergencies
