The position reports directly to the Coordinator, Human Resource Services, and supports the Human Resource Services Department with various tasks including: daily coverage for Central Office Receptionist, managing Departmental emails, accessing SAP for internal software support (Clevr) and preparation of employment letters, providing administrative support to the Coordinator and Director, supporting SharePoint document management, etc.
Schedule is Monday to Friday: 7 hours/day in the HRCE Central Office at 33 Spectacle Lake Drive.
