WorkSafeNB is seeking a Summer Student to join our Assessment Services department. Reporting to the Manager of Assessment Services, you will assist with contacting employers to verify or update account information, follow up on outstanding submissions, and help maintain accurate employer records. You'll contribute to organizing work-in-progress and identifying accounts that may require updates or closure. Strong communication skills, initiative, and attention to detail are key to success as this position offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to client service and operational improvements.
Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Assist with outreach to employers to help update or verify account information.
- Support efforts to follow up on outstanding submissions and identify records that may require updates or closure.
- Contribute to maintaining accurate and up-to-date employer files.

You, as a successful candidate, possess:
- Must be a high school graduate and currently enrolled in a post-secondary education program within the studies of Business Administration or a similar field.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Hourly Rates for Students:
- High school completed $16.15.
- 1 year of post-secondary completed $16.65.
- 2 years of post-secondary completed $17.15.
- 3 years of post-secondary completed $17.65.
- 4 years of post-secondary completed $18.15.
Written and spoken competency in English and French is required.
