Job Title: Production Line Worker

Location: Sackville, NB

Job Type: Full-time

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 7:00 pm. End time varies.

Wage: $17.00/hour

This is a full-time opportunity involving work with a well-established company that specializes in the processing and packaging of fresh blueberries and cranberries. Successful candidates will be responsible for performing tasks along the production line, ensuring the fruit is sorted, cleaned, and prepared according to quality standards. This role is ideal for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

We are also seeking individuals who are interested in summer jobs for the same position. This is scheduled for 3 to 6 weeks of work starting June 04, 2025, with a possible extension. Responsibilities May Include But Not Limited To:

• Sorting, packaging, and crating materials and products
• Building cardboard totes to package product
• Cleaning work areas and equipment
• Following Company GMP
• Checking products to ensure conformance to company standards and clearing machine blockages as required
• Recording production information such as quantity, weight, size, date, and type of products packaged

Job Requirements:

• Be reliable and dependable, able to be at work every day, on time
• Willingness to learn all aspects of the process
• Flexibility to work shift work
• Steel Toe Safety shoes are required
• Own transportation
• Capable of following instructions and plant processes
• Team player, positive attitude, strong work ethic
• Able to work in a fast-paced and repetitive task environment
