On the Bell Business Markets team, you'll be a vital part of making innovation happen for enterprise-scale customers. You'll deliver advanced solutions in areas such as IoT, Mobility/5G, Cloud, Cyber Security, Voice, Collaboration & Contact Centre and Internet & Private Networks.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our Sales optimization team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting sales operations by focusing on data cleansing, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining data hygiene following a recent system integration. You will also work closely with the sales enablement team, contributing to data quality assurance, updating documented processes, assisting with sales communications, and supporting analytical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis and Identification: Conduct data validation within Salesforce, Base, NM1, and other customer data tools to identify and document specific data cleansing requirements.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments to resolve data discrepancies and develop a comprehensive account clean-up plan.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Secure alignment on the proposed account clean-up plan with all relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Implementation and Reporting: Partner with the Salesforce support team to implement the account clean-up plan, build dashboards to track progress against objectives, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Broader Support: Provide additional support to the Sales Governance, Sales Support, Non-Standard Contract, and Process Optimization teams.
  • Process Documentation: Collaborate with the process optimization team to document a comprehensive audit of sales tools and their usage.
Critical Qualifications

Education/ Experience

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Commerce, Computer Science, data Science or related field
  • Understanding of analytics and data science

  • Communication and Presentation: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present data and insights (e.g., scorecard results) to stakeholders.
  • Organizational and Time Management: Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive and Autonomous: A self-motivated, autonomous self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong work ethic.
  • Collaboration and Interpersonal Skills: A collaborative team player with high energy and strong interpersonal skills, capable of building positive relationships across departments.
  • Integrity and Attention to Detail: Demonstrated commitment to integrity, accuracy, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to approach challenges from multiple perspectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to effectively collaborate with internal departments and/or external parties to gather information and resolve data discrepancies.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Salesforce Experience (Preferred): Familiarity with Salesforce tools is highly desirable.
