Key Responsibilities
Provide individual therapy to children, youth, adults, and families (depending on your expertise) to clients both in-person (office) and virtually.
Using a variety of therapeutic interventions including person-centred, psychodynamic, trauma-informed, solution-focussed, family systems, and cognitive-behaviour
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with professional standards
Participate in occasional team check-ins and professional development opportunities
Qualifications
Master's degree in Social Work, Counselling, or related field
Registered or eligible for registration with the NBASW or another regulatory body in NB
Strong clinical skills in one or more of the following: trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, ADHD, couples work
Bilingual (English/French) is a strong asset
Comfortable using online platforms and practice management systems
Able to work independently while being part of a values-driven, supportive team
Skilled professional judgement and ability to solve problems and conflicts;
Ability to be well organized, to manage one's time and to set priorities;
Excellent work history (performance and attendance);
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Criminal Record check and vulnerable sector check.
