Job Title: Clerical/ Admin Support
Location: Mississauga, ON
Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr
Immediate opportunity for an individual who has previous clerical experience to work with the Government. The position is at the Mississauga site for 3 months.
Main Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare, edit, and proofread a variety of documents to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Provide administrative support for travel arrangements, including processing travel requests and expense reports.
- Assist with employee lifecycle tasks, including onboarding and offboarding procedures, coordinating IT setups, and managing security clearance processes.
- Manage access permissions for staff, including granting and maintaining access to sites, sub-sites, shared libraries, and restricted areas.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to multitask.
- Good computer skills in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent grammatical and editing skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Should have prior experience in administration.
