SummaryBell's transformation group is responsible for developing, maintaining and using data driven insights on customer experience and back office operations, automate business insight processes and provide insight to drive business decisions. The team is also responsible to lead critical transformation project while overseeing the end-to-end impact on the customer satisfaction and operational performance. Our team partners closely with other BI teams within the company and supports our Operations team members with impactful insights that help us continue to transform the business.
Key Responsibilities- This is an Agile development environment, working with the latest BI visualization tools and technologies
- Working with a team of BI analysts whilst helping to deliver transformation project
- Analysis, delivery of business requests/issues/requirements, and conducting quality assurance testing for all BI deliverables supporting Operational team
- Supports team delivering all necessary documentation to formally initiate a project & monitor project developments including project reviews, meetings, work sessions, action-registers
- Excellent leadership and communication skills required to work well with business users, other analysis teams, development teams, and IT teams
- Deliver on key projects and data strategies that directly support key business drivers

- Work with and opportunity to present to various management levels
- Maintain and expand your knowledge of BI and current technology through training opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field; or equivalent relevant experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a proven track record of success in a complex business environment.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and SAS (or other relevant database and statistical software).
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (specify tools, e.g., MicroStrategy, Tableau, Power BI).
- Advanced proficiency in data gathering and architecture tools (specify tools).
- Advanced understanding and practical application of advanced data mining techniques (text mining, optimization, segmentation, predictive modeling).
- Advanced knowledge of statistical methods and their application in data analysis, including the ability to design and optimize calculations for KPIs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences at all organizational levels.
- Advanced knowledge of BI principles, trends, and best practices, including an understanding of customer experience implications.
