As the Junior Sales Manager with Steele Subaru, you'll play a key role in driving performance, supporting your team, and ensuring smooth, profitable operations. You will use your sales expertise and leadership skills to forecast, plan, and execute strategies that achieve results, while building aa culture of collaboration and excellence! Wage: commensurate with knowledge, skills and experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
- Monitor department profitability and implement performance improvements.
- Maintain and control vehicle inventory.
- Support staff in effective lead management and customer service.
- Work cohesively with other dealership departments to ensure ultimate functionality.
- Lead, coach and mentor staff and take your team to the finish line.
- Manage sales, expenses, and staff.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- 2-3 years of automotive sales experience.
- A proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Financial knowledge of dealership operations.
- Previous experience as a team leader, mentor, or coach.
- Strategic thinking, organizational skills, and a passion for performance.
