Steele Ford Lincoln, Nova Scotia's premier Ford and Lincoln dealership, is looking for a dynamic Lot Attendant to join our growing team in Halifax! As a Lot Attendant at Steele Ford Lincoln, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the vehicle display areas. This role involves arranging vehicles on the lot, ensuring proper signage, and coordinating with sales and service teams to facilitate the smooth flow of inventory. Lot Attendants will play a key role in customer service by assisting with vehicle location and retrieval.
Hourly Wage Range: $17.05 - $19.25
Please note that this role is not eligible for Immigration Assistance due to the specific National Occupational Classifications (NOC) requirements.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensure proper and visually appealing display of vehicles on the lot for optimal presentation to customers.
- Capture high-quality, detailed photographs of all vehicle inventory for online listings and promotional materials.
- Upload vehicle photographs and related content to online platforms, ensuring timely and accurate listing.
- Create engaging and informative videos showcasing vehicles for online advertisements and promotional campaigns.
- Clean, polish, and detail vehicles both for display on the lot and for customer delivery, ensuring they are presented in pristine condition.
- Perform general maintenance and upkeep of the lot, including organizing vehicles, ensuring the area is clean and safe, and snow removal.
- Inspect and check in newly arrived vehicles, ensuring they are ready for display and meet company standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in thoroughly cleaning both the interior and exterior of motor vehicles is an asset.
- Ability to capture and edit high-quality photos and videos of vehicles, ensuring proper lighting, angles, and overall presentation for online listings and promotional content.
- Video recording skills
- Ability to confidently drive both manual transmission and automatic vehicles with a valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract.
