This role contributes to the creation and implementation of learning plans and solutions for the Cloud Acceleration Program, ensuring alignment to business strategy and global learning standards and practices. This role will report to the Director, HR Initiatives and will work within the Cloud Technology Program. Partnering with HR Business Partners, subject matter experts, Learning COE and Learning Solutions to implement innovative learning experiences and solutions that meet the development needs of this priority one project.

Is this role right for you? In this role you will:

  • Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
  • In partnership with the Learning COE, participate in strategic learning plan development through ongoing meetings with program partners. Contributes to the identification of the right learning strategy and solutions to meet program objectives.
  • Support all Cloud related learning initiatives and programs to accelerate technical upskilling, reskilling and enterprise enablement.
  • Responsible for the program management of the Cloud Accelerate Upskilling program ensuring a seamless, elevated learning experience
  • Contribute to the development and execution of FinOps and Enterprise learning programs
  • Manage Cloud learning hub updates and expansion as required
  • Proactively utilizes a wide range of HR data to identify themes/trends and recommend effective learning solutions to meet the business needs.
  • Implements recommendations on program execution and design from, Learning COE, Business leaders, HR Business Partners.
  • Support enhanced learning reporting to provide metrics that demonostrate value and progress of Cloud learning
  • Collaborates with HR Services to ensure successful deployment of learning programs. Provides support for escalated cases from HR Services.
  • Builds internal and external networks to learn training industry trends and best practices. Shares knowledge to improve/enhance strategies, programs and processes.
  • Understands how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
  • Actively pursues effective and efficient operations within their respective areas, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, AML/ATF risk and conduct risk, including but not limited to responsibilities under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, AML/ATF Global Handbook and the Guidelines for Business Conduct.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:

  • Post-secondary Degree in Human Resources or Business or related field
  • Degree, certificate or designation in adult learning is an asset
  • Relevant experience in developing and executing learning solutions in a large complex corporate environment
  • Strong program management skills and ability to manage multiple learning initiatives consecutively
  • Solid communications skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to deal effectively with different levels of the organization (Director and below).
  • Results oriented and able to effectively execute in a fast-paced environment
  • Technology experience is an asset
  • Ability to action learning projects for results
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills
  • Experience in instructional design is an asset
  • Business acumen and understanding to allow appropriate partnership with client groups
