Are you passionate about Human Resources and eager to make a real impact? As a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) at Atlantic Lottery, you'll be helping to align business objectives with employees and leadership within designated business units. You'll provide strategic advice and counsel on employment issues and implement and support HR practices and programs. Your role will encompass all aspects of Human Resources, including change management, talent management, policy interpretation, compensation and job design, organizational design, workforce planning, communication plans, and performance management. You'll act as a primary contact for assigned client groups and be a key business partner in achieving business success.

Salary Band: $71,652 - $113,748 - A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $75,000 - $90,000 at the time of this posting. (Individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, market conditions, relevant experience, education, training and internal equity).

Work Location: Office or Hybrid option working from our Moncton Office.

  • Onboarding/Probation: Full-time in-office for the first 6 months.
  • After Probation: You can choose to either continue working full-time in the office or switch to a hybrid model, coming into the office 3 times a week.

What You'll Bring:

  • Degree and/or diploma in Human Resources or a related field: Your educational background sets the foundation for your HR expertise.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as an HR generalist: Demonstrated ability to utilize a business partner approach effectively.
  • Conflict Resolution experience: Strong skills in resolving conflicts and mediating disputes.
  • Age and Residency: Must be 19 years of age or older and reside in Atlantic Canada.
