Salary Range: $64,116 to $77,506 per annum
Reporting to the Manager of Enterprise Applications, the Business Systems Analyst is responsible to respond to the needs of the organization and help deliver technology that supports organizational business goals. The role provides functional support to management on systems design and administration.
- Undertake the review of business processes in conjunction with current system users, including workflow analysis and functional process charts to identify process improvements.
- Document the current and desired state of processes noting the size of the change and the stakeholders affected.
- Conduct cost benefit analysis.
- Participate in the upgrade of current systems, identifying impacts on users, process change associated with upgrades.
- Assist with system upgrade and patch testing and documentation.
- Perform data "audits" to ensure data integrity is maintained.
- Develop plans and strategies for implementation of new modules, including designing and creating the configuration of those modules.
- Develop training material on any system changes and deliver training to users.
Education & Experience:
- Degree in Computer Science or Business OR a Diploma from a two-year IT / Business program related work experience.
- Preference will be given to candidates with five (5) years or more of experience in business systems analysis or a related role involving enterprise systems, process improvement, or systems implementation.

- Working Knowledge/High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Preference may be given to candidates who have experience working in a post-secondary environment.
