Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed targets and drive business growth.

· Build and nurture lasting relationships with existing clients, while actively pursuing new business opportunities.

· Work side-by-side with our cross-functional teams and administration to deliver seamless service and outstanding sales support.

· Actively shape and support our sales funnel to help the business grow and excel.

· Promote our brand and values in every client conversation and business deal.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in a sales position with a strong record of meeting or exceeding targets.

· A desire for growth and driving results.

· Being an extrovert, comfortable driving both sales and operational improvements.

· Highly organized, able to prioritize, and skilled at managing multiple tasks.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

· Experience in marketing and/or promotional industry is an asset.
