Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:
- Collect and assimilate information necessary to support new and ongoing strategic initiatives
- Conduct review of existing sales management reports/metrics, offering solutions for improved data, analysis, and process
- Develop, sustain, and evolve a customer-centric sales culture and operating model
- Understand customers' end-to-end journey through onboarding and sustainment, providing administrative support/service for inquiries raised by Sales teams and actionable recommendations
- Support the regional implementation and communication of initiatives/products in support of national business objectives
- Championing a customer-focused culture to build and deepen relationships with clients and internal partners and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge
- Understand how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-today activities and decisions
Do you have the skills and requirements that will enable you to succeed in this role? – We'd love to work with you if:
- You have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills, in order to develop and maintain relationships with Commercial business Sales teams and partners
- You are enrolled in an MBA or undergrad degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
- You have strong knowledge and understanding of data analysis, refinement, and visualization
- You have natural curiosity and passion for identifying problems and developing effective, strategic solutions
- You have a strategic mindset coupled with a detail-oriented approach — able to see the bigger picture while meticulously managing the smaller components that drive success.
- You are able to use MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook effectively
- You have strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- You have the ability to operate in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
