Sommaire du Poste

Relevant du ou de la chef d'équipe, Solutions Clients, vous serez responsable de la gestion des interfaces et participerez à l'administration des dossiers d'admissibilité pour l'assurance collective. À ce poste, vous effectuerez des tâches quotidiennes liées au chargement et à la validation des données. Vous serez également en étroite communication avec les divers intervenants internes et externes tout au long du processus.

Vous adopterez une philosophie d'amélioration des processus, ferez des recommandations et favoriserez l'automatisation dans le développement d'outils administratifs pour faciliter l'administration des régimes d'assurance collective. Vous pourriez également vous occuper de la mise en œuvre des nouvelles interfaces et de leur mise à jour.

Responsabilités principales :

  • Gérer et exécuter diverses tâches administratives de façon autonome.
  • S'assurer que les tâches sont réalisées avec rigueur et dans les délais.
  • Valider les changements et le bon fonctionnement des systèmes (rapports, données, évaluations).
  • Mettre à jour les données dans les systèmes internes, y compris les évaluations par les pairs.
  • Documenter et maintenir à jour les procédures administratives et les critères pour les clients.
  • Proposer des améliorations aux processus et favoriser l'automatisation des méthodes de travail.
  • Agir comme premier point de contact auprès des clients en assurant un service professionnel et une communication claire.
  • Répondre aux demandes des clients, assurer les suivis nécessaires et respecter les délais établis.
  • Identifier les lacunes en matière de qualité et d'efficacité.
  • Proposer des solutions centrées sur le client, validées et éprouvées.
  • Favoriser une approche d'amélioration continue.

Compétences requises

  • Diplôme collégial ou universitaire, ou expérience pertinente en analyse des besoins.
  • 2 ans d'expérience pertinente
  • Bonne connaissance de l'administration de régimes d'assurance collective, facilité à apprendre un nouveau système
  • Très bonnes connaissances d'Excel et de la suite Office ainsi qu'une facilité à manipuler et organiser des données. Connaissance des interfaces et du langage VBA/SQL, un atout.
  • Grande habileté pour assembler, analyser et évaluer des données de niveau de complexité moyen à élevé
  • Habileté à forger et à maintenir des relations professionnelles
  • Excellentes compétences en matière d'approche client
  • Capacité à organiser son travail et l'information de manière réfléchie pour exécuter les tâches importantes en respectant les échéanciers
