Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Product Manager II to join our dynamic product team working on the Voice Virtual Assistant program as part of the CCAI initiative with Google. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and execution of one or more products or significant product capabilities – the goal is to replace the existing IVR static experience with a voice virtual assistant where we leverage generative AI. You will work independently to define market plans, gather requirements, and collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver innovative and high-quality products. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a seasoned product manager to make a significant impact on our company's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned products or capabilities.
  • Independently gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders, users, and market research.
  • Develop comprehensive market plans and product requirements documents (PRDs).
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define product architecture and components.
  • Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives).
  • Proactively communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, anticipating and addressing potential issues.
  • Work directly with customers to understand their needs and gather feedback.
  • Develop and manage product budgets and timelines.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
  • Mentor and guide junior product managers.
  • Independently develop new or complex product features.
  • Contribute to the overall product strategy and vision of the company.

Critical Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical product management role.
  • Advanced knowledge of multiple technical domains [Specify relevant domains, e.g., cloud computing, AI/ML, data analytics].
  • Strong understanding of product management principles and practices, including Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from diverse sources.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in developing and managing product budgets and timelines.
  • Experience mentoring junior team members.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with specific tools or technologies relevant to the company's products [Specify tools, e.g., Jira, Confluence, specific programming languages].
  • Experience with A/B testing and data analysis.
  • Field/Customer Ops experience is highly preferred
  • Previous Product Manager/PO experience in a tech team
  • MBA or related advanced degree.
