JOB PURPOSE

The Maintenance Worker is responsible for performing general maintenance for buildings, building systems, and equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School graduation or equivalent.
• Must have two years of related experience.
• Must have a valid drivers license.
• Must demonstrate mechanical aptitude as verified by testing.
• Ability to attend work on a regular basis.
• Ability to perform the duties of the position.
• Good work record

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Maintenance Worker is responsible for:

• Performing minor repairs within codes and regulations
• Assisting tradespeople and contractors with repairs, renovations and maintenance
• Performing inspections and preventative maintenance activities
• Recording and maintaining operational records and documentation
• Inspecting, testing and installing new equipment
