JOB PURPOSE
The Maintenance Worker is responsible for performing general maintenance for buildings, building systems, and equipment.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School graduation or equivalent.
- Must have two years of related experience.
- Must have a valid drivers license.
- Must demonstrate mechanical aptitude as verified by testing.
- Ability to attend work on a regular basis.
- Ability to perform the duties of the position.
- Good work record
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Maintenance Worker is responsible for:
- Performing minor repairs within codes and regulations
- Assisting tradespeople and contractors with repairs, renovations and maintenance
- Performing inspections and preventative maintenance activities
- Recording and maintaining operational records and documentation
- Inspecting, testing and installing new equipment
