We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Director of Enterprise Sales to lead our enterprise sales organization. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving new customer acquisition, expanding strategic accounts, and achieving aggressive revenue goals across key verticals. You will play a critical role in shaping and executing the go-to-market strategy, mentoring a high-performing sales team, and influencing product innovation through customer feedback.
- Lead and manage the enterprise sales team to exceed pipeline and revenue targets.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to penetrate and expand Fortune 1000 and global enterprise accounts.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to align on growth strategies and drive customer success.
- Own forecasting, pipeline management, and KPI reporting to the executive leadership team.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends in the MarTech space.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and in high-stakes customer meetings.
- Foster a high-performance sales culture centred around accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with at least 5 years in a sales leadership role.
- Proven track record of selling and closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals (>$100K ARR).
- Deep experience in the Marketing Technology ecosystem; understanding of customer journey tools, automation, analytics, CDPs, etc.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing sales teams across multiple regions or verticals.
- Experience with modern sales tech stack: Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
- Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to pipeline and performance management.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presence.
