Position Overview: The Digital Production Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day project management of the owned channel production process. Reporting to the Manager, Creative Operations, this role involves close collaboration with internal marketing, creative, planning, and e-commerce teams. The specialist will execute multiple initiatives against aggressive schedules, coordinate efforts across functional groups, and manage the delivery and deployment of ongoing campaigns to support the business. The focus will be on owned channel production planning, handling a high volume of projects. The ideal candidate will have a background in AEM, CRM, creative ideation, and knowledge of variable, dynamic, and personalized content within web and email campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management

  • Manage the complete end-to-end deployment of creative campaigns on owned channels, including creative brief, production, and launch.
  • Oversee the owned channel proofing process to ensure all content updates are captured, executed, and aligned across channels, juggling multiple proofs weekly
  • Manage the proofing process within JIRA and JA, ensuring all stakeholders review and approve creative, leading multiple projects with minimal supervision.
  • Maintain the content calendar and collaborate with marketing, planning, creative, and stakeholders to advise on capacity and support new initiatives.
  • Collect all content for creative, including photography, product SKUs, copy, and links.
  • Validate the user experience aligns with the creative content.
  • Lead the approval process for all email campaigns and homepage layouts before deployment.
  • Conduct QA testing for creative, link verification, and content errors.

Creative Strategy:

  • Review creative with a thoughtful and critical eye from the customer's and business's perspective, considering the customer journey and UX.
  • Provide strategic direction for owned channel creative based on insights from partners.
  • Ensure creative aligns with marketing goals and makes sense from a customer perspective.
  • Offer strategic input into owned channel creative leveraging technical capabilities using AEM, Salesforce, and Moveable Ink.
  • Identify industry trends and opportunities, facilitate creative testing initiatives to continually improve and drive learnings.
  • Contribute to brand/campaign toolkit meetings and provide insights on owned channel creative.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field

  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in digital-related projects

Minimum Leadership Experience:

  • Previous leadership experience is an asset
