Job Summary
The role is responsible for ensuring the smooth movement of equipment and freight by collaborating with coworkers, drivers, and customers to address logistical challenges. This position involves coordinating equipment utilization, providing clear communication to drivers.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel in problem-solving and time management, and possess strong technical and leadership skills to drive efficiency and operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clear communication to drivers, ensuring they have the necessary paperwork and information for successful job completion.
- Coordinate equipment utilization and maintenance while seeking opportunities to reduce down time
- Invoicing / Billing
Working Conditions:

- Capacity to manage high volumes of communication with customers and drivers via email, and phone.
