Job Description:
- Proactive & reactive security patrols
- Response to incidents
- Report writing
- Investigate routine incidents
- Monitoring LRV vehicles
- Patrol the construction site regularly to ensure security and identify potential risks or hazards.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms, ensuring the protection of property and materials.
- Enforce site-specific security procedures and guidelines.
- Check the credentials of workers and visitors entering and leaving the site.
- Prevent unauthorized access to the construction site.
- Respond promptly to any incidents, emergencies, or alarms.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Report any safety hazards, security breaches, or maintenance issues to the site supervisor.
- Maintain clear, detailed, and accurate logs of incidents, visits, and observations during shifts.
- Assist in crowd control and site evacuations in case of emergency.
- Provide security during non-working hours and ensure the site is properly secured at the end of each shift.

Hours: Part Time - 1800-0600hrs. Payrate: $18.54/hr.
Averaging Agreement: Overtime is Averaging Agreement (AA) after 88 hours
