Duties:

• communicate with dealership personnel in a friendly manner
• picking up daily trade in from stores and organizing the data into internal systems
• filling out spreadsheets and appraising vehicles for cosmetic repairs
• create repair orders for internal dealerships
• provide estimates on body repair and input data through a DMS system
• develop close relationships with staff and monitor workload of shop to stay on task
• maintain high dealership standards of workmanship quality while maintaining productivity deadlines
• must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple staff
• must be able to work with Excel, Word, as well as dealership systems
• track record of managing and training staff would be an asset

Requirements:

• must have a valid driver's license and present a drivers abstract
• excellent customer service skills
• enthusiastic personality, neat and professional appearance
• strong interpersonal skills, a good listener who can cultivate relationships
• previous automotive experience would be an asset but not required
• on-site training will be provided
• position available immediately
