Job Title: Business Development Representative
Location: Peel Region, ON
Shift/Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Pay Rate: $22.00 - $24.00 /hr. + bonuses
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a proactive approach to identify and secure new client accounts and a passion for delivering exceptional solutions.

Job Description:
• Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and lead generation strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations
• Effectively present solutions to potential clients, demonstrating how the services meet their needs and address their challenges.
• Work closely with the internal team to ensure alignment and seamless service delivery.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies as needed
• Maintain accurate records of B2B interactions and sales activities, providing regular reports on progress and performance.
Requirements:
• Reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
• Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong computer skills
