We are seeking a Director, Project Management to join our leadership team to lead large tech-based solutions helping to drive our expansion into new markets. In this pivotal role, you will harness the talents of our existing and highly skilled teams to forge the future and accelerate growth.
Responsibilities
As a visionary Project Manager, you will lead key initiatives, from concept through to successful completion. This role is tailor-made for a dynamic leader passionate about harnessing new technologies to reinvent workflows and deliver groundbreaking solutions. You will orchestrate teams across various departments initially, championing innovative approaches together with the adept use of technology.
In this pivotal position, you will not only manage resources but also cultivate robust relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project alignment. Your strategic insights will be crucial in overcoming challenges, and progressing projects toward not just meeting, but exceeding, their goals. With a keen eye on both the firm's strategy and the specific project objectives, you will maintain rigorous project governance ensuring that every milestone is met promptly and within budget.
You understand that need for providing critical updates to senior management, including the Chief Strategy & Operations Officer, and keeping stakeholders informed of progress, potential risks, and proactive mitigation strategies. Your efforts will be instrumental in propelling the firm's strategic expansion into new markets. The role is a cornerstone in the firm's successful and ongoing innovation journey.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience;
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification;
- At least seven (7) year's experience managing or supporting large scale service delivery projects;
- Proven proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall);
- Change management experience;
- Proven experience in managing large-scale projects, particularly those involving technology solutions and organizational transformation;
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams to think differently and embrace new technological approaches;
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of successfully navigating complex projects;
- Ability to facilitate conversations with differing perspectives and priorities, while connecting proposed work and outcomes to the strategic plan;
- Legal industry or professional services experience considered an asset; and,
- Experience in expanding business operations and solutions into new markets.
