Job Description

As a Logistics Lead, you will manage a team of 2-3 Shipper/Receivers to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the inventory for the store and ensure that merchandise and promotional plans are executed and maintained at a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 2-3 Shipper/Receivers
• Receive and verify incoming shipments
• Perform hole checks and cycle counts; help maintain retail floor per POG (planogram)
• Reconcile invoices, shipping documents, credits, returns, and identify discrepancies.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Professional oral communication to deal with vendors
• Capable of recognizing part numbers and line codes
• Comfortable working in a computer-based work environment
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours/shift
• Capable to lift above shoulder from floor
• Capable of lifting and moving merchandise up to 50 pounds
