Responsibilities:

• Designing and planning content for social media (LinkedIn), blog/article content creation
• Focusing on SEO, social media (LinkedIn) strategy & planning, the development and implementation of campaigns and promotions
• Conducting market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences
• Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices
• Documenting creation & file management
• Collaborating with the team and other departments to ensure a smooth workflow
• Communicating with various departments, and other research on an as-needed basis
• Reporting to the Director of Marketing and, in their absence, the Chief Global Strategist
• Work closely with both the Director of Marketing on all tasks

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in marketing or related fields is preferred but not required
• Able to research and learn about marketing tasks such as content creation, social media management and marketing campaigns optimization
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Detail-oriented with a strong attention to accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Creative thinking and quick/eager learner
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
• Effective communication skills, verbal and written
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment

Salary: Starting at 50,000.00 per year + 6-month review
