McLaughlin Truss is currently looking for a Production Manager to join our team. This position is located in Fredericton NB. McLaughlin Truss is a manufacturer specializing in the design and manufacture of pre-engineered structural systems for commercial and residential construction projects in Atlantic Canada and New England States.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Train, supervise and work directly with the team to assemble panelized floor and wall systems.
• Supervise the loading and logistics of all outbound panel shipments
• Maintenance of all production equipment
• Ensure company's safety policies and procedures are being maintained
• Quality assurance to ensure quality standards for the company are being met
• Work directly with design department for drawings and packages

Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of floor and wall panel production experience
• Able to read and interpret production shop drawings
• Strong attention to detail and able to work directly with the design team
• Effective problem solving and time management skills
• Driven to optimize and improve processes
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Leadership and supervisory skills
