The New Brunswick Housing Corporation (NBHC) is seeking an individual to join the Moncton NBHC Office as a Program Delivery Manager.

As a member of the Management team, the successful candidate will be responsible to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of a diverse range of client-focused integrated Housing NB Programs for populations of youth, adults and seniors in the province. The Program Delivery Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and monitoring NBHC programs. The successful candidate is expected to lead a strong work team, successfully manage and resolve issues and problems, monitor program outcomes, strive for innovative and improved program delivery, and effectively manage programs within budget parameters. The successful candidate will be required to work collaboratively with a diverse group of individuals throughout the region and with regional partners.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: Master's Degree in Social Sciences, Business or Public Administration or a related discipline and a minimum of six (6) years related work experience, of which four (4) years must be in staff management OR a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Business or Public Administration or a related discipline and a minimum of eight (8) years related experience of which four (4) years must be in staff management.

Written and spoken competence in English and French is required. Please state your language capability.

ASSET QUALIFICATIONS: Preference may be given to candidates that demonstrate experience in one or more of the following asset qualifications:

  • One (1) year experience working in the delivery of Housing programs and services; and/or
  • Experience working with services offered to vulnerable populations.

Subject to the response to this competition, candidates may be required to demonstrate on their application one or more of the asset qualifications in addition to the essential qualifications in order to be given further consideration.

OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENT: Travel throughout the province may be required and possession of a valid driver's license.

Salary: $88,712 to $107,328 per annum
