Reporting to the Executive Chef at Red Shores Charlottetown, the successful candidate will be responsible to maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and assist fellow employees as required.

• Cleans and stores dishes, glassware and silverware used by food and beverage and ensures that work area is clean and organized at all times.
• Clean dishes according to Standards.
• Cleans and organizes equipment and work area.
• Control usage of store supplies.
• Notify Supervisor of damage to or problems with equipment.
• Control the use of dishwashing equipment, feed detergents and checks temperature controls.
• Safe and effective use of equipment.
• Adhere to and comply with all safety regulations when handling hazardous materials according to MSDS.

• Requires high school diploma or comparable combination of equivalent working experience and education.
• Experience in a related field of one or more years in a fast-paced work environment is considered an asset.
• Must be able to work Shift work as our business is ever changing.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
