Our Halifax, NS, location is seeking an HVAC Warranty Administrator /Inside Sales Associate.
As an HVAC Warranty Administrator /Inside Sales Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations related to warranties. Your duties will include reviewing claims from customers, verifying their eligibility, maintaining accurate and complete records and delivering outstanding customer service. You will prepare quotes, process orders, source products and expedite orders. You will collaborate with our Outside Sales team by supporting and assisting in exceeding our customers needs.
Qualifications
- High School education
- Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail
- Energetic and self-motivated with a great work ethic
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and within a team
- Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office would be considered an asset
- Knowledge of plumbing, heating, or HVAC products would be considered an asset
