Director of Operations

Advantage Personnel is currently recruiting for the role of Director of Operations on behalf of our client in Moncton, NB.
Our client is looking for a director of operations that will encourage employees and engage the senior management team to maximize performance and promote cohesion between various internal departments. If you are performance oriented and have exceptional people skills then this is the role for you!
Available Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Rate of Pay: $95,000-$110,000 annually
Responsibilities:
• Create and execute strategies to optimize company and asset growth
• Ensure effectiveness across all operating platforms
• Implement initiatives to reduce company costs
• Create financial reports
• Play a large role in compiling company budget and growth strategies
• Encourage, coach, and support employees to ensure an engaged and skilled workforce
• Manage budget, accounting, and bank processes
• Collaborate with leadership team to guarantee an environment with collective responsibility and accountability
Candidate Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
• 5+ years experience managing operations, finance, or human resources
• Strong leadership abilities
• Ability to make projections for company growth
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong people skills
• This role requires the submission of a Criminal Record Search
• Bilingualism an asset
